- Go to the Make a Payment box that is located in the middle of the Payments page and click the "Unenroll Bill Pay" link.
- Click the "Cancel Online Bill Pay Service" link.
- Your service will be immediately deactivated. You will need to re-enroll if you would like to use the service in the future.
- Any payments made using the Online Bill Payment Service with a "Scheduled" status will be cancelled.
- Any payments with an "In Process" status will be paid from your Bank Account on the date you requested.

Our Online Bill Pay Service utilizes state-of-the-art security, using the following methods to ensure your protection:
Automatic Sign Out: In addition, the Online Bill Pay Service automatically logs you out of a session if you are inactive longer than a pre-defined period of time (usually 10 minutes), and you are required to log in again to continue with the session. It is best if you log out immediately after making your payment.
We provide state-of-the-art security on our website, so as a means of protecting your privacy, we have set the system to timeout if there is no activity for at least 10 minutes.
Standard Payment is free, but requires up to 2 business days to process your payment. Rush Payment Service facilitates same-day payments, but there is a charge for this service. You can access these options from any of the following pages: Account Overview, Statements, Payments pages.
When you cancel your service:
Standard Payments

- You must initiate each payment.
- The service electronically deducts the payment from your checking or money market Account.
- You must enter your payment into the system at least 2 business days prior to the bill's due date to guarantee timely receipt. If you need to make a same-day payment, consider using the Rush Payment Service instead.
- You can also schedule recurring payments for your convenience, where payments are automatically deducted from your bank Account. There is no fee for this service.
- Does the Standard Payment Service work with all types of banks and Accounts?

- A valid ABA routing number that is electronic funds transfer (ACH) eligible. This number is located on the bottom of your check.

Yes. There are two ways to pay your bill online depending on how quickly you want your payment to reach us. From the Account Overview page select "Pay My Bill" from the Make a Payment box. If you want your payment to post within 2 business days or later, choose Standard Bill Pay. Select Rush Payment if you would like your payment to post sooner. (There is a fee for this service. Funds will not be available immediately.)
This payment option should be used if the day you want your payment to post is more than 2 business days from your due date.
No, there is no fee to use the Standard Payment Service.
The Standard Payment option allows you to conveniently make, change and cancel payments from any computer without the hassle of checks and stamps.
Only checking and money market Accounts that are electronic funds transfer (ACH) eligible may be used to make payments through the Online Bill Pay Service.
If a savings Account is used, your Bill Payment enrollment may be canceled.
Please contact your bank to confirm that it accepts electronic debits from a bill pay service before enrolling.Yes. You can use up to three bank Accounts to make your credit card payment.
Payments will appear on your credit card Account Overview page, where you first logged in, approximately two business days after the date you selected your payment to post.
Your payment will be deducted from your Bank Account on the date that you entered in the "Payment Date field." To view this payment date:
Your credit is usually available on the day your payment appears on your credit card account. However, in some cases, it may take up to 14 days for your available credit to be updated.
You do not need to use your payment coupon when using the Online Bill Pay service. You may either keep the statement and payment coupon for your records, or shred and discard them.
An "unsuccessful" status usually indicates that we were unable to deduct your payment from the Bank Account on file.

Select the Rush Payment option if you want to make a same day payment. A fee does apply. (Payment may take up to 3 days to display online.)

A Rush Payment request received will appear on the View Account page in approximately 2 business days from the payment date you entered.
If you are scheduling your payment the same day you want it to post to your Account, you must submit the request prior to 11:59 p.m. ET today to have it credited with today's date. This payment will appear on the View Account page in approximately 2 business days.

Recurring Payments

You can schedule your payments up to 365 days in advance. There is no fee for this service.
Edit/Cancel Payments

- To change or cancel a payment, click Edit or Cancel, next to the payment shown. Only payments made using the Online Bill Payment Service with a "Scheduled" status can be edited or cancelled.
- What is the cut-off time to edit/delete a standard payment?
- Payments requested before 4:00 p.m. ET Monday-Thursday, must be cancelled on that same day before 4:00 p.m. ET.
- Payments requested anytime on Friday, Saturday and up to noon ET on Sunday, must be cancelled by noon ET on Sunday.
- Payments requested after 4:00 p.m. ET Monday-Wednesday, must be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. ET the next business day.
- Payments requested after 4:00 p.m. ET Thursday-noon ET on Sunday, must be cancelled by noon ET on Sunday.
- What is the cut-off time to edit/delete a rush payment?
Yes, you may cancel any recurring payment that has a "scheduled" status at any time. You will then need to log in and pay your Account with the Standard Payment service each month.

The cut-off time for edit/delete a rush payment is 11:59pm Eastern Time on the day your scheduled your payment. You will not be able to make any change to your rush payment after 11:59pm EST.

*Standard and Recurring payments are not processed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Standard Payments can only be processed on a business day. If you schedule your payment to be processed on a weekend or holiday, the system will automatically adjust the date to the preceding business day (See chart above). If you are running late, to avoid a late fee, please consider using the Rush Payment Service (Rush Payment can be requested 365 days a year including weekends and holidays).
